Marrakesh
Marrakesh is still a maze of palaces
and nooks and beautiful surprises. I
was out wandering about when I saw
a reenactment of arabic battle
maneuvers. The men would gallop
on their Arab steeds, and shoot off their
rifles. It was pretty interesting- though
I don't think that they hit anything.

Everywhere you turn, is incredible
tilework. In Morocco, there is no
need for pictures on the walls, as
decorative tile displays adorn almost
everything.
The souks are where all the action is in Marrakesh,
(well Place Djemma el Fna is pretty busy too.)
In the souks, you can buy just about everything
that you could ever want... from Mirrors, to spices,
to slippers and maybe even a magic carpet.
About an hour from Marrakesh, in the mountains
are these n gorgeous waterfalls. I spent quite a while
hiking up and around the falls and I even dipped my
toes in the cold and refreshing water.
