Cristel and Rachel began their Moroccan journey
in the old Moorish area of Granada. You can see the
Islamic influence on the architecture of the Alhambra.
Of course, some time was spent
enjoying the waters of the
Mediterranean. We also had to spend
a little while in the beautiful resort town of
Marbella, where Cristel and Rachel took
advantage of their last chance to wear shorts!

Of course, while in Spain, the two took
the opportunity to do a little traveling in
the surrounding area. The train took
them to some interesting and remote
locations, like Fonelas.

And then back to Morocco
they went. They took a "quick"
ferry across the Gibraltar...
and over 15 hours of traveling
later, they made it to their destination
in Rabat.
